Dear Clients
We are pleased to announce that we have launched the eKYC feature and the voice verification feature.
You will be able to confirm your identity through eKYC. After entering the required information, please submit your ID documents (e.g., driver's license or passport). Once we complete the review process, the authentication will be complete. eKYC is not mandatory at this time, but we may ask you to complete the verification process in order for you to use the services we may release in the future.
Voice verification is a feature that sends an automated voice message with a security code instead of an SMS text message when you log in, perform two-factor authentication, or verify your identity. This feature allows you to get a security code even if you can't receive an SMS message.
Under our corporate service policy of "providing accurate and impartial information to traders," we strive to continuously improve the quality of information, develop further services, conduct market research, and expand our market so that the services we provide will be useful for your trading.
