Connect your MQL5 account
Connect your MQL5 account
By connecting your MQL5 community account on MetaTrader4 (MT4) / MetaTrader5 (MT5), you can use indicators and automated trading systems that you get on the MQL5 community and other features.
What is the MQL5 community?
The MQL5 Community is operated by MetaQuotes, the developer of MT5. On this platform, MT4/MT5 users can get indicators and automated trading systems, ask questions, and exchange information. An economic calendar and real-time foreign exchange rates are also provided.
Here we will look at how to connect your MQL5 account on MT4/MT5.
Switch between MT4/MT5 tabs to check the steps for each.
Step 1
Click the speech bubble in the top right corner. Enter your login ID and password and click "Login". You can also create an account by clicking "register" in the message below "Login".
Step 2
Once your MQL5 account is successfully connected, you will see your login ID.
Make use of many features
By getting your account connected, you will have access to the MQL5 community features on MT4. On the MQL5 community, you can find various EAs and indicators, as well as communicate with other users by using the chat.
